Aidan O'Connor

Aidan O'Connor is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in design leadership and media production. Currently serving as Design Lead at Ofcom since August 2015, Aidan oversees all aspects of design and branding within the organization. Previous roles include Design Manager and Senior Designer & Content Producer, with a focus on visual design, accessibility, and digital marketing strategies. Aidan's earlier career includes presenting alternative music programs at TXFM and management of marketing and digital content at Today FM, where brand management across multiple platforms was a key responsibility. Aidan also has experience as a lecturer in sound recording and has contributed as a deputy head of music and senior sound engineer. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Communications and a City & Guilds in Sound Engineering.
