Andy Pollington is currently the People Data and Analytics Manager at Ofcom, overseeing all reporting and analytics related to people and transformation. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Specialist MI Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, managing teams responsible for insightful reporting and project development. Andy also held roles at Royal Bank of Scotland as an HR MI Senior Analyst and HR Systems Project Analyst, where they spearheaded various MI projects and system integrations. Prior to that, they worked as the HR MI Operations Manager at Direct Line Group, where they consolidated reporting across multiple divisions.
