Annisha Taylor

Annisha Taylor is a dedicated leader advancing inclusive leadership, organisational culture, and equitable AI. Formerly the Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at the BBC, they have held various leadership roles, including Group Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Ofcom, where they currently work. Annisha's past experience includes positions at John Lewis and significant contributions to the London 2012 Olympics. They are also an Equity Fellow at the Institute for Equity, University Centre, and serve as a Trustee at The BRIT School. Annisha has earned qualifications in Human Resources Management and Equality and Diversity.
