Calum Gruer

Calum Gruer is a Principal Economist at Ofcom, where they oversee competition and regulatory investigations. Previously, they served as an Economic Adviser at the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition and Markets Authority, providing insights on Competition Act investigations. Calum has also held roles at the UK Department of Health and the Financial Conduct Authority, where they offered competition advice across various departments. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of York and a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of British Columbia.
