Carys Reynolds

Carys Reynolds is a highly driven and experienced operational leader and transformation manager, currently serving as the Head of Spectrum Authorisation Transformation. They have extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing operational processes, with a proven track record in strategic change management and continual improvement across various sectors. Previously, Carys held leadership roles at Ofcom, where they were responsible for service delivery in Spectrum Licensing and Programme Making. They also worked as a Business Management Auditor at DHL, conducting quality audits and supporting system improvements. Carys began their education at City of Bath College, focusing on Leisure and Tourism.
