Charles Jenne is the Policy Director of the Spectrum Group at Ofcom, a position held since 2006. In this role, they have successfully led numerous high-profile policy projects and directed multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to key developments in mobile coverage obligations and spectrum strategy. Previously, they were a partner at PwC and IBM UK, focusing on energy markets and consulting services. Jenne also served as a Senior Policy Advisor with the Private Finance Panel Executive, facilitating significant public-private infrastructure projects. They hold a first-class degree in Physics from Oxford University and a PhD in Energy Economics from Cambridge University.
