Cindy H. is currently a Senior Technology Advisor at Ofcom, where they leverage their expertise in technology to guide and implement strategic initiatives. Previously, they served as a Cyber Technology Graduate and a Network Security Associate at Ofcom. Alongside their work at Ofcom, Cindy was a Career Ready Mentor from 2021 to 2024 and has experience as a Maths Mentor at Brunel University. They also held customer service roles at Boots UK, where they enhanced customer experiences during the holiday season. Cindy earned a merit degree from UCL in 2018.
