Dave Ashcroft

Dave Ashcroft is the Director of Spectrum Assurance Compliance and Licensing at Ofcom, where they manage a UK-wide team of 110. They previously held several leadership roles within Ofcom, including Deputy Head of Spectrum Interference and Head of Spectrum Assurance. Prior to Ofcom, Dave led the National Radio Communications Unit at HM Revenue & Customs, overseeing asset and budget management. With a strong background in people management, strategy development, and project management, they are also a qualified coach and mentor. Dave holds an MBA in Business from The Open University.
