Gillis Holgersson

Gillis Holgersson is a Policy Manager at Ofcom, working in the Networks & Communications team on digital infrastructure policy. Previously, they served as a Senior Policy Adviser at the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, focusing on housing guarantee programs. Gillis has also worked as a Policy Adviser at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, where they contributed to rural connectivity initiatives. They hold an MSc in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Sussex and a Master of Arts from the University of St. Andrews.
