Glenn Preston

Glenn Preston is currently the Director for Scotland at Ofcom, where they focus on communications regulation and public policy. Previously, they served as Head of Constitutional Policy at the Scotland Office, managing a team that advised UK Government departments on their interactions with the Scottish Government. Glenn has also worked at the UK Ministry of Justice as a Bill Manager and led the Education and Outreach Team, developing human rights policies and projects. Their expertise encompasses UK intergovernmental relations, Scottish devolution, governance, and accountability.
