Jo Curtis

Jo Curtis is an experienced Transformation Director and Programme Director with a strong background in leadership, coaching, and organizational change. Jo has held pivotal roles at notable companies, including the BBC, BT, Siemens Business Services, and Sky, where significant achievements included operational savings and the successful implementation of large-scale transformation programs. Currently, Jo serves as Transformation Director at Ofcom while also working as an Interim Transformation/Programme Director and Exec Coach at MocaConnect. Jo holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
