John Ivory

John Ivory is the Director of Economics at Ofcom, where they lead the Economics Group's contributions to online harms and spectrum policy development, and oversee research on behavioral biases. With over ten years of experience as a professional economist, John has worked at various regulatory bodies and in private practice. Their previous roles include Senior Economist at NHS Improvement and Economic Advisor at the Office of Fair Trading. John holds a Graduate Diploma in Economics from University College Dublin, a PG Diploma in Competition Economics and Regulation from City University, and a BSc in Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.
