Jonathan Riches

Jonathan Riches is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and IT leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at Ofcom since June 2018, Jonathan is responsible for the overall service portfolio and daily performance management of ICT services. Prior roles include Head of IT at Battersea, where Jonathan developed the IT strategy and expanded the department, and Head of IT Service Delivery at Vero Group, overseeing the smooth operations of IT services. Jonathan has also held positions such as Head of Faculty IT at the University of Auckland, IT Operations Manager at Notting Hill Housing Group, and IT Operations Support Manager at QBE Europe, demonstrating a strong track record in team leadership and strategic IT management. Jonathan holds a B. Comm in Information Systems and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
