Julia Clayworth

Julia Clayworth is the Head of Internal Communications at Ofcom, where they focus on employee engagement and multi-media communications initiatives. With a robust background in consumer marketing and employee engagement roles at Legal & General, they have developed a collaborative and data-driven approach to improving workplace communication. Julia also has experience as an Account Director across various marketing agencies. They hold a B.A. (Hons) from The University of Birmingham and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
