Head Of Space And Science at Ofcom

Justin Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Justin started their career in 1996 as a Senior Software Engineer at Redbox Technologies, where they worked until 1998. Following that, they joined Detica as a Senior Consultant until 2000. At Oftel, they served as an Internet Project Manager from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2010, Justin worked at Ofcom, where they held various positions including Policy Project Manager and Principal Policy Advisor. Finally, in 2015, they became the Head of Space and Science at Ofcom. In 2016, Justin founded Development Monitor, an initiative promoting transparency and accountability for the UK's interactions with developing countries.

Justin Moore attended the University of Cambridge from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Computer Science. Justin then attended the Open University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
