Karen Baxter

Karen Baxter is a Board Member at Ofcom. Karen has also worked as an Associate at Deloitte, a Consultant, and the Managing Director Intelligence Strategy at UK Finance. Prior to that, they served as the Commander of Economic Crime at the City of London Police and as a Chief Superintendent for the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

Karen Baxter has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Cambridge. Karen also has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Friends' School Lisburn. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Cambridge.
