Lenna Cumberbatch

Lenna Cumberbatch serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees for Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, and holds a position as Non-Executive Director at the Communications Consumer Panel, ensuring representation of citizen and consumer voices in communications policy. Additionally, Lenna is a Board Member and Non-Executive Director at Rooftop Housing Group and works with Goodman Masson to advance diversity, inclusion, and respect within the recruitment agency sector. As Chair of the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Working Group at Project Everyone, Lenna leads initiatives for strategic objectives in these areas. Lenna also contributes expertise to the European Commission as an Expert Monitor and Reviewer for multi-million Euro grant projects. Previous roles include Trustee and Non-Executive Director at The Grace Eyre Foundation and the British Pharmacological Society, as well as member of the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group at Wellcome Trust. Lenna holds an MBA from Kingston University and a BA from Middlebury College.
