Lucy Cass is a Senior Legal Advisor (secondment) and Policy Principal at Ofcom since September 2017, leading projects in the Broadcast & Media Group, including Media Plurality and Online News initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Competition Policy Manager and Competition Solicitor (secondment) at CMS UK, preceded by a role as Competition & Regulatory Solicitor at Olswang. Lucy began a legal career with a traineeship that encompassed various specializations, supported by educational qualifications including an MA in Modern European Languages from The University of Edinburgh and a Master of Arts in EU Competition Law from King's College London. Additional experiences include a Robert Schuman Scholarship at the European Parliament and an internship at The Scottish Parliament.
