Mauro Mortali

Mauro Mortali is a seasoned professional in strategic management and narrative coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Cambridge Management Consulting, Mauro leads the Strategy Practice and oversees a variety of strategy-led projects. Mauro also holds positions as a Non Executive Director at Ofcom and as an Advisor and Mentor at Label Sessions, specializing in narrative coaching. As the Founder and Chief Narrative Officer of Cross The Threshold Ltd, Mauro helps leaders transform their personal narratives into sources of strength and empowerment. Previously, Mauro accumulated extensive experience at BT, where roles included Senior Manager for Public Sector Strategy and Space Strategy, as well as Strategy Director and General Manager for Group Strategy & Portfolio. Mauro’s educational background includes an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change and an MBA in Management, among other qualifications.
