Maya DM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management and online safety consulting. Currently serving as a Policy Manager at Ofcom within the DRCF AI & Digital Hub since April 2024, Maya previously held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Online Safety at PUBLIC from June 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included guiding governments, regulators, and private sector clients on online safety policies and managing a team of six. Prior to this, Maya worked at DFS Group Limited (LVMH) as a Global Category Project Manager overseeing global advertising initiatives and brand partnerships. Maya's career began as a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, focusing on strategic consulting for Fortune 500 clients. Maya holds a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a History Minor from Columbia University, graduating Cum Laude.
