Natalie Black CBE is currently the Group Director at Ofcom, where they lead initiatives in networks, telecoms, and the implications of AI. Previously, Natalie served as the UK's first His Majesty's Trade Commissioner for Asia Pacific and held multiple senior roles in cyber security and policy at the Cabinet Office and 10 Downing Street. They are also a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum and co-founded GBxAsia. Natalie earned a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, where they were recognized as a Fulbright Scholar and elected Class Day Speaker.
