Natalie Chattell

Natalie Chattell is the Benefits and Wellbeing Manager at Ofcom, where they focus on enhancing employee wellbeing and benefits. Previously, as Benefits Manager at DWF from 2019 to 2024, they successfully implemented a UK benefits platform and developed a wellbeing strategy, among other initiatives. Their prior experience includes roles as an HR Advisor and Administrator at Project One and AMEC, where they contributed to employee benefits and HR policy implementation. Natalie holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in Media from Liverpool John Moores University.
