Neil Breckons

Neil Breckons is a Principal Spectrum Engineer at Ofcom, a position they have held since 2013. Previously, they served as a Senior Duty Engineering Officer and SMC Manager, where they managed a team of 14 radio engineers and operators while overseeing spectrum interference reports in the UK and Northern Ireland. Neil has an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from The Open University and is currently pursuing an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Peterborough Regional College. Their background includes experience as an Editor and Manager with the Royal Air Force from 2004 to 2005.
