Nikki Stephenson

Nikki Stephenson has over 30 years of experience in various finance and operations roles. Nikki started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Prudential Assurance, where they improved bank reconciliations and assisted with financial reporting. Nikki then joined Canada Life as a Trainee Accountant and eventually became a Reconciliation Supervisor, managing a team of 8.

In 2001, Nikki moved to T-Mobile UK, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Interconnect Billing Analyst and Reporting & Measures Senior Consultant. Nikki was responsible for billing, reconciliation, and reporting activities, as well as implementing performance measurement mechanisms.

From 2008 to 2017, Nikki worked at EE, starting as a Revenue Integrity Reporting Manager and later becoming a Reporting Manager and Senior Billing & Settlement Consultant. Nikki focused on revenue assurance, financial reporting improvements, and billing processes.

Most recently, Nikki worked at Marston Holdings as the Head of Finance Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 30 staff and implementing improvements in communication and team morale. Nikki then moved to Ofcom as the Head of Finance Operations, leading a team of 9 staff and implementing a new finance operations structure.

Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated strong leadership skills, process improvement expertise, and a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in financial operations.

Nikki Stephenson completed their high school education with honors at Hot Springs High School in Arkansas, USA in 1987. Nikki then pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Stevenage College Further Education from 1987 to 1989. Later, they attended ACCA from 1995 to 1999, earning a degree in ACCA without specifying the field of study.
