Nughmman Butt is a Senior Information Security Engineer with over 33 years of experience in network security and risk management, primarily within the telecom sector. They have held significant roles at various organizations, including the Ministry of Defence, Nortel Networks, and Warid Telecom, where they developed security governance frameworks and managed extensive projects. Currently, Nughmman serves as a Senior Technology Advisor at Ofcom, focusing on enhancing the security and resilience of the Digital Infrastructure sector and engaging with stakeholders across various levels. They hold a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of London.
