Oliver Chapman currently serves as the Head of International Telecoms (Standardisation and Development) at Ofcom since March 2021. Prior to this role, Oliver held various positions at GSMA from November 2013 to March 2021, including Policy Director and Senior Policy Manager in Spectrum, as well as Content Manager for Spectrum Policy. Oliver's prior experience includes working as a Communications Consultant and serving in multiple roles at The Small Cell Forum and Temono. Oliver began their career as an Account Manager at AxiCom. Academically, Oliver holds a Master's degree in Political Communications from City, University of London, a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the London School of Journalism, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Information Systems from Leeds Beckett University.
