Paul Chapman

Paul Chapman is currently the Principal Policy Manager at Ofcom, where they lead on radio communications regulatory compliance and authorisation policy. With a background as a Spectrum Policy Manager and Advisor at Ofcom from 2003 to 2010, they were instrumental in implementing UK Wireless Telegraphy legislation and negotiating with the European Commission on spectrum matters. Prior to this, Chapman worked as a Case Officer at Oftel from 2000 to 2003. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management from Northumbria University, earned in 1998.
