Paula Carter

Paula Carter is a seasoned professional in the Broadcasting and Communications sectors, having served at the highest levels of major British television companies during a pivotal era of digital transition. Paula has held numerous non-executive positions, including roles with government departments, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and the Parliamentary Ombudsman, showcasing her expertise as a Chairman. Currently, Carter is an elected member of the Wine Society, a non-executive director of the Port of London Authority, and a council member for England Rugby, among other roles. Their consultancy experience includes advising the Cabinet Office and working with Ofcom and the Royal Opera House. Carter earned a BA Hons in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
