Peter Horrocks CBE

Peter Horrocks CBE is a seasoned leader in media, higher education, and economic development, currently serving as Chair at One World Media and as a Member of the Ofcom Content Board. Previously, they held significant leadership roles at the BBC, including Editor of BBC Panorama and Director of the BBC World Service. Peter was also Vice Chancellor of the Open University from 2015 to 2018, where they implemented transformative strategies for higher education. With a strong focus on digital innovation and public purpose, they received a CBE for Services to Broadcasting in 2015. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
