Phil Henfrey

Phil Henfrey is the Wales Director at Ofcom, a position they assumed in July 2024 after leading ITV Cymru Wales for 15 years. With a strong focus on strategic thinking and team development, Phil has built a reputation for integrity and inclusivity within high-performing teams. Previously, they were part of ITV's Senior Leadership Team and chaired the International Ambassadors network, ensuring a global voice for colleagues across ITV’s international production companies. Phil has also served as a Non-Executive Director for Creative Wales, supporting the growth of the Welsh creative industries. They hold an MA in Politics, Film, and Television from the University of Glasgow.
