Polly Tolley

Polly Tolley is the Head of Public Policy for Retail Banking at NatWest Group and serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for Scotland at Ofcom. They have extensive experience in communications and public policy, having held various roles at RBS, including Communications Project Manager and Internal Communications Manager, as well as positions at Tesco Bank and Citizens Advice Scotland, where they were the Director of Impact. Polly has also participated in expert panels, including the Expert Data Panel at Open Banking and the CBDC Engagement Forum at the Bank of England. They hold a BA Hons in English Literature and Philosophy from Durham University.
