Puja Vadgama

Puja Vadgama has extensive experience in strategic and policy roles within regulatory environments, currently serving as a Strategy Advisor at Ofcom since December 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Policy Manager for Enforcement and Emerging Issues at Ofgem, as well as a Regulatory Affairs Executive at Camelot. Puja's background also encompasses positions as a Regulatory Policy Associate at the Legal Services Board and a Researcher at the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at GHK, and Economic Consultant and Assistant Economic Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ. Academically, Puja holds an MSc in Economics and a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
