Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young is an experienced professional with a strong background in resource planning and management, currently serving as a Resource and Planning Manager at Ofcom since May 2017. With previous roles as Project Manager and Operations Manager at Ofcom, Rebecca has developed extensive skills in team leadership and operational efficiency.
