Richard H. is currently the Director of Market Research (Interim) at Ofcom, where they have held various positions since 2012, culminating in the role of Head of Market Research. With a background in market research and analysis, Richard contributed to the industry as a member of the Market Research Standards Board from 2013 to 2020. Currently, they are also an active member of the Research Strategy and Funding Committee at Crohn's & Colitis UK, providing strategic advice and feedback on publications. Richard earned a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Surrey in 2001.
