Rosalind Bell is a Technology Lead at Ofcom since 2025, having previously served as a Senior Technical Advisor. With a passion for technological literacy, Rosalind coordinated new technology initiatives at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2022. A graduate of The Manchester Metropolitan University, Rosalind earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Film Studies in 2006. An enthusiastic event coordinator, Rosalind has been programming live events since 2003 and is actively involved in running award-winning comedy clubs and a women’s choir across multiple cities.
