Ross Hamilton

Ross Hamilton is currently the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Ofcom’s Scotland Nations and Regions team, where they focus on telecoms, consumer, and post policy. Prior to this role, they held various positions at the British Horseracing Authority, including Head of Policy and Advocacy, Head of Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs Manager, and External Affairs Officer. Ross earned a First in MA Honours in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St Andrews between 2006 and 2010.
