Sonia Giga is an experienced policy manager currently working at Ofcom since June 2021, progressing through roles such as policy associate and standards associate. Prior to this, Sonia served as a complaints executive and office administrator at IMPRESS from May 2017 to May 2021, and earlier in a tutoring capacity at Explore Learning from April 2015 to October 2020. Sonia holds a Master of Arts in World History and Cultures from King's College London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Media and Entertainment Law from De Montfort University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kent.
