Steve Leach

Principal In Spectrum Technology at Ofcom

Steve Leach began their work experience in 1993 as an industrial student at BNR Europe and Nortel. In 1993, they also started working as a PhD student at the University of Surrey, where they stayed until 2000. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Director of Field Operations at Cellular Design Services. Steve then joined Red-M in 2005 and held various roles, including Head of Service Development and Chief Technology Officer, until 2011. Finally, they became a Principal in Spectrum Technology at Ofcom in 2011.

Steve Leach obtained their PhD in Adaptive Antennas from the University of Surrey between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they completed their MEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the same university between 1993 and 1997. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Coaching and Mentoring Level 5 and Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring - 8580-21 from ILM in 2019.
