Tobe Nwaogu

Tobe Nwaogu is currently the Director of Strategy and Delivery at Ofcom, specializing in market studies, merger control, and consumer and competition enforcement. Previously, Tobe held roles as Principal Consultant at Risk & Policy Analysts, where they led teams in assessing UK and European legislation, as well as Assistant Director positions at the Competition and Markets Authority focused on mergers and markets. Tobe earned an MBA in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Postgraduate Diploma in European Competition Law from King's College London.
