Tom Farrell is currently the Principal Economist at Ofcom, a position they have held since 2014. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Economist at Monitor and as an Economic Advisor at the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition Commission (UK). Tom earned a Master of Science in Economics from the University of York in 2003.
