Vanessa Hyland is an experienced research professional with a robust background in broadcast research and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Broadcast Research at Ofcom since June 2004, Vanessa has previously held notable roles as Research Director at TRBI (Synovate) and Hall and Partners, as well as Associate Director and Senior Research Executive at Research International. Vanessa Hyland holds a Master’s degree in Strategy, Leadership and Change from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography from UCL.
