Warwick Izzard

Warwick Izzard is a policy manager in the Networks and Communications Group at Ofcom in London, where they are responsible for planning and delivering regulatory policy projects in the UK's communications sector. Warwick has a diverse background in communications regulation, having served as a policy adviser at Oftel and Ofcom, and also holds experience as an engineering officer in the British Army, where they led troops in various operational capacities, including managing ground effect equipment during deployments in Afghanistan. With a strong foundation in leadership and project management, Warwick has demonstrated their ability to navigate complex regulatory issues throughout their career. They completed military studies at the Royal Military Academy in 2009.
