Yolande Stolte

Yolande Stolte is an Associate at Ofcom, where responsibilities include contributing to the Strategy and Research Group since February 2022. Previously, Yolande worked as a Senior Paralegal in Telecommunications at Wiggin and as a Paralegal at Shepherd and Wedderburn, providing legal advice and project management support within the Regulation and Markets division. Yolande's expertise extends to academia, having developed online and on-campus courses at the University of Edinburgh and conducted significant research on media law. Earlier roles include serving as Editor-in-Chief of SCRIPTed, a journal focused on law and technology, and working as a Domain Name Consultant at Demys Limited. Yolande holds a PhD from The University of Edinburgh, two LLM degrees from Leiden University and The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Leiden University.
