Chip Wilson

Chip Wilson is a seasoned Construction Project Manager currently overseeing New Construction and Facilities Maintenance for OFF LEASE ONLY since October 2020. With a diverse background in project management, Wilson has held various roles, including Superintendent at Schmid Construction, where responsibilities encompassed contractor scheduling, quality control, and communication with stakeholders. Additionally, Wilson is the Owner Operator of Free-Wil Barbecue since May 2002, managing mobile catering services and community events. Previous experience also includes roles in backflow services, insurance rehabilitation projects, and facilities operations at Stetson University. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Central Florida.
