Kate Jones has worked in various roles since 2013. Kate began their career as a Product Manager at Nicecream in 2013. In 2015, they moved to JD CALLANDER AND ASSOCIATES, LLC as an Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Wondrium as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they interacted with customers through calls, emails and chat. Currently, they are working at Off The Record, Inc as a Customer Service & Operations, where they have designed curriculum, materials, and strategy for onboarding and current employee training, and delivered onboarding and current employee training modules. Additionally, they assist clients and attorneys through phone, email, text, and chat.

Kate Jones is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Marketing & Branding from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In July 2021, they obtained a Customer Service Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
