Shannon Dewey has held various positions in the past decade. In 2013, they began as an Administrative Assistant at National Real Estate Law Group, P.L.L.C. Shannon then moved to Check Your Head in 2014 as a Retail Sales Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations Manager at FMR Group. In 2017, they began working as a Customer Care Advocate at Artbeat Studios. Finally, in 2022, they became a Customer Service Specialist at Off The Record, Inc.

Shannon Dewey attended Irvine Valley College from 2017 to 2020, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice. Shannon is currently enrolled at California State University, Fullerton, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, expected to be completed in 2022.
