Robert Skoczen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert began their career in 2005 as a Quality Assurance Associate at Cyence International Corp. In 2006, they briefly worked as an Intranet Developer at Fugro Airborne Surveys. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Programmer at Sheridan College Institute. Robert then joined Sheridan Visualization Design Institute in 2009 and held various development and lead positions. At the institute, they managed teams of developers, wrote software specifications, and developed application architecture and database design. Robert also conducted interviews, managed contractors, and researched and developed various technologies.

In 2012, Robert became the CTO and Lead Developer at Geddit, a position they held until 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Technical Director at Appcite where they handled funding applications, managed contractors, and conducted SEO and technical analysis. Robert also developed applications and implemented a kiosk touchscreen system.

In 2016, Robert joined BRÜHA as their CTO and served until 2018. Robert then worked at Off2Class where they initially held the role of Senior Developer from 2018 to 2019. Robert later became the Chief Technology Officer in January 2020.
