In addition, as Chief Executive Officer of VELO Student Living since June 2020, Bilal oversees a company specializing in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) catering to domestic students at mid-ranking universities. Furthermore, as Founder and Chairman of Sama Investments since February 2019, Bilal leads the UK's first and only regionally-focused Shariah-compliant real estate investment boutique.
