Sultan Choudhury Obe

Sultan Choudhury OBE is a prominent figure in the field of Islamic finance, currently serving as Chairman of Offa, the first bridge finance provider in the UK real estate market adhering to universal Islamic and ethical financing principles. With extensive experience, Sultan has held advisory roles at the National Zakat Foundation and the UK Islamic Finance Council, and serves as Director for IBA Group Australia, which is establishing the first Ethical Bank for Australian Muslims, and for Sama Investments, the UK’s first regionally-focused Shariah-compliant real estate investment boutique. Sultan's previous leadership as Chief Executive Officer at Al Rayan Bank and key positions at Charles Schwab Europe and Deloitte further underline a robust career in finance. Sultan holds an MBA from Aston University, is a Chartered Accountant, and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
