OFFBEAT is a movement of change-makers empowering youth and women to lead, innovate, and overcome challenges. Established in Lebanon in 2021, OFFBEAT was created to redefine empowerment by moving beyond traditional approaches and focusing on long-term capacity building and leadership development.

We work with youth and women to strengthen their skills, expand their opportunities, and support them in becoming active agents of change within their communities. Our approach is rooted in creating meaningful pathways that translate potential into action and leadership.

Our pillars of empowerment are: Skills development, Mentorship, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.
